Delivery Time: The time taken by the courier to deliver your order once it has been shipped from our store.
2. Pre-Order Products
Pre-order Duration: 30–60 days (This is the time required for the product to arrive at our store ).
Processing Time: 3 business days after the product has arrived at our store.
Delivery Timeframes:
Peninsular Malaysia: 2–3 business days.
Sabah and Sarawak: 5–7 business days.
3. Ready Stock Products
Processing Time: 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
4. Important Notes
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
